Culinary Pathways equips participants with industry credentials, career and entrepreneurship support, and structured accountability designed to move you from training to tangible opportunity.

ServSafe Certification

Gain industry-recognized food safety knowledge through structured ServSafe Certification training led by certified instructors. Learn how to prevent foodborne illnesses, handle food safely, manage time and temperature controls, and maintain professional sanitation standards required in restaurants and commercial kitchens.

Receive support for job placement, career advancement, and launching home-based or small food businesses with guidance on next steps, compliance, and growth strategy. Gain practical insight into licensing requirements, food regulations, and sustainable income planning to confidently move from certification to revenue.

Care Coordination & Accountability

Get ongoing support from Peer Recovery and Community Health staff who help coordinate services, resources, and referrals while keeping you accountable to complete the program. This wraparound support is designed to remove barriers so you can stay consistent and finish strong.

Enrollment & Engagement Process

Participation is not confirmed until the enrollment form is submitted and Google Classroom access is completed.
Step 2 - Join Google Classroom

Step 2 - Join Google Classroom

All participants must have a Gmail account to access program materials, announcements, and assignments. 

Invitation links to the Google Classroom will be assigned after completing Step 1.

 

Step 3 - Access Restaurant Owner Portal

All participants will receive access credentials to the Restaurant Owner Team Portal for training materials and industry tools.

Invitation links to Restaurant Owner will be assigned after completing Step 2.

Participants will select their preferred training day and time during enrollment.

ServSafe Training will be held one day per week at:

Commitment Policy

🚨 Participants who miss two or more training sessions will not qualify to sit for the ServSafe Manager Certification exam.

However, they may still qualify for the Food Handler Certificate.

Consistent attendance is required to maintain eligibility.
